I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this?

It is possible to change it, but it must be fast. Once your order is printed, we are unfortunately unable to change it. Contact customer@rizuleboutique.com, provide the order number in the email.

I used the wrong address, can I still change this?

If your item hasn't shipped yet, we can still change it for you. Please send email with the correct address and the order number to customer@rizuleboutique.com.

If the order has already been sent, it is not in our hands. If that's the case, you should contact the carrier that is delivering your items.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

This is divided into two parts:

Production Times and Shipping times:

We print on demand, everything is hand made just for you (printing, cutting and sewing). It takes us about 7-10 business days to create your item. Shipping times are added to our production times.

Under normal circumstances, most of the orders are shipped within 5 business days and expedited shipping is not available.

What does shipping cost?

We only charge shipping on single orders. For every order above $100, shipping is on us!

Return and Exchange policy FAQ

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

Within 7 days from the date of purchase

  • We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

A 'change of mind' because we print on demand & do not hold stock.

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We’re so sorry, but we are not able to process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want and place a new order for the item/items you do want.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
